Dudley
Lynch

After a highly successful career as an internationally published
journalist, Mr. Lynch turned to explorations into human thinking
and technologies, particularly in ways related to the business enterprise.
He is president of Brain Technologies Corporation (BTC) of Plano,
Texas. BTC (see web site at www.braintechnologies.com)
creates and markets state-of-the-art organizational and personal
development tools. The company has trained more than one thousand
associates from 21 countries in the use of its assessment
and other thinking skills tools. Its BrainMap®
assessment tool is widely used worldwide.
Mr. Lynchs first book along these lines, Your High-Performance
Business BrainAn Operators Manual (Prentice-Hall),
was a Macmillan Executive Book Club alternate selection.
His second work (with Dr. Paul Kordis), Strategy of the
Dolphin: Scoring a Win in a Chaotic World (Morrow, hardcover;
Fawcett Columbine, paper), was a Literary Guild alternate selection,
has been published in three German and two United Kingdom editions,
and in French, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek and Hungarian and is about
to be issued in Turkish.
The German edition of Strategy of the Dolphin (Paidia Verlag)
ranked No. 5 on the German business book bestseller list and No.
1 on the self-growth book bestseller list and has just been issued
in its third printing. In France, Strategy rose to No. 3
on business-book bestseller lists and recently had its second printing.
Another of his works, Code of the Monarch: A Guide to the Real
Global Business Revolution, also written with Dr. Kordis, was
released in 1990 in English and was published German in 1996 by
Junfermann Verlag under the title of Der Schlüssel zur Globalierung.
Handbuch für den Wandel (The Key to Globalization: A Handbook
for Change). The work joined Marshall McLuhans The
Global Village as the initial works published in Junfermanns
Medienanthropologie series.
Mr. Lynch has revised both the content and title of his first book;
Your Dolphin High-Performance Business Brain was released
in English in 1993 by BTC. In 1996, it was published in German as
DelphinDenkin (DolphinThink) by Rudolf Haufe Verlag.
In 1995, New Echelon Press published Evergreen: Playing a Continuous
Comeback Business Game by Mr. Lynch and co-author David Neenan,
which has also been published in Polish by METAmorfaza using the
same title. In 2003, Brain Technologies Press published Mr. Lynchs
work, The Mother of All Minds: Leaping Free of An Outdated Human
Nature.
He is a graduate (cum laude) in mass communications and religion
of Eastern New Mexico University, which has honored him as an outstanding
alumnus. Also, he holds a master of arts degree in mass communication
and history from the University of Texas at Austin (where he was
named to several honors societies). Newport University of Newport
Beach, Calif., awarded Mr. Lynch the title of Doctor Honoris Causa
(Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters) for his contributions to
understanding personal and group change processes.
He has been a keynoter for numerous American and international business
events. These include IBMs futuristic Horizons
week, Frances First World Symposium on Business Achievement,
the Australian Staff Management Colleges Multinational CEO
Executive Fortnight, South Africas Sun City executive conference,
Belgiums first Braintrust seminar series, Advertising Ages
Creativity Week, Radio and Records annual industry executive
conference, Zürichs Mind Management Conference and the
AMANA International Symposium in São Paulo. He has also spoken
to many of Germany's Marketing Clubs, including the clubs of Berlin,
Munich, Kassel and Karlsruhe.
Dr. Paul L. Kordis

Dr. Paul L. Kordis is a globally traveled speaker and seminar
leader on futuristic, human development, change and other topics.
He received his Ph.D. degree (with honors) in human capital and
economic development from Colorado State University in May, 2008.
His 1,500-page dissertation is entitled The
Superhighway to Serfdom: How False-Social-Norms Marketing is Hijacking
the American Dream. In addition to the books he has co-authored
with Mr. Lynch, he is the author (with wife, Susan) of Name Your
Passion: A Users Guide to Finding Your Personal Purpose
(Delphinus Press). Prior to establishing his own consulting company,
he was a human resource and organizational development manager for
Hewlett-Packard Company.
Paul has appeared on numerous national television and radio
programs and has been featured in trade journals including ASTD's
Training and Development Journal, Training magazine,
Empresarios and Human Capital. Paul has also developed
and published testing instruments for structural and functional
transformation for individuals and organizations.
His most recent book is Uma Janela no Futuro
(A Window on the Future), and he is currently working with
Dudley on a new dolphin worldviews' themed book.
Dr. Kordis was the 1991 recipient of the Creative
Tribute Award presented by the Creating Thinking Association of
America.
